I used to feel overwhelmed that I had too many demands on my time between work, kids, family and all the other things. I was overwhelmed constantly thinking about work which meant I was showing up agitated and defeated before I would start. I went through years of spending Sunday dreading Monday, anxious about what I believed the upcoming stress the week ahead would hold.
I went through a few different roles but I was taking my anxiety and overwhelm with me.
There had to be a better way!
It wasn't until I found coaching and put mind management and the right tools in to place that I was truly able to create the balance I want in both my personal and professional life.
